Pontus Weed

O'course, the other weed they got in they pouches by the harbor is pontus weed. Young sailor says to me, they says should they find theyselves deep in the brine, tuck a chew between they teeth. If they go down, don't have t'worry none if they don't come back up. Not really sure if they mean t'sprout fish gills or be gone some other way before the sea lay claim first. Ain't no one come back yet say it don't work either...

Copper flake and sargassum seaweed suspended in green grass and teal tinted resin with burning white shimmer mix and colorshift pigment. Inked in bronze acrylic. A sibling set to Nereids Weed. I had to include an indoor shot as well as this set has quite a bit of range to it, depending on what's shining through.
