Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or returns. Small marks of character should be expected from all manner of handmade items. In dice, they are often caused by mold marks, inclusion positioning, and sometimes faint hints of the finishing process. These do not effect the ability to use and admire our fortune stones. Major flaws will be highlighted, and noted, if any. Please take care to review product photos and descriptions before committing to purchase. If the powers that be cause a true and unexplainable calamity upon receipt (for example: you ordered the blue shimmery dice but received a lovely but otherwise useless to you river stone instead), please reach out and we may consider any available options. Tracking is provided on all orders, so once your order is shipped, it is no longer within our control. Please contact the post office directly for any lost item claims.
